Roof Sales Manager

About the role

Rose Roofing and Restoration is seeking a field‑driven Roof Sales Manager to lead and develop a team of Sales Development Representatives (SDRs). The role is 100% performance‑focused, requiring a strong on‑site presence and hands‑on coaching to drive door‑to‑door sales.

Key responsibilities

• Be present in the field five days a week, knocking 200 doors per week and signing at least eight jobs per month.
• Work side‑by‑side with SDRs on pitch, damage identification, inspections, and closing, maintaining a team average of 6.5 signs per SDR per month.
• Conduct two weekly performance and mindset meetings, daily stand‑ups, quarterly team‑building events, and monthly training sessions.
• Oversee onboarding, ensuring SDRs meet fast‑start milestones, achieve 50 doors/day, 1 sign/day, and maintain 24‑hour communication.
• Track team metrics, identify underperformance early, and report results to the EVP of Sales.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of field‑based sales management experience, preferably in roofing or home services.
• Proven success in door‑to‑door or outside sales.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and communication abilities.
• Ability to manage performance data and enforce attendance and training policies.
• High work ethic and passion for team success.
