Roark Key Holder - Park City

About the role

Roark, an adventure lifestyle brand, is looking for a Key Holder to help its Park City retail store run smoothly. The role combines opening and closing the store, customer service, sales support and supervision of cleaning staff, on a full-time or part-time basis.

Key responsibilities

• Open and close the store and manage the drawer and daily revenue drop
• Supervise cleaning staff and keep the entry area clean and organized
• Manage cashiers, oversee Cashwrap and POS procedures, reconcile tills and process returns, exchanges, gift cards and discounts
• Help grow revenue through sales, employee relations and operations aligned with Roark's culture
• Restock, maintain back-of-house operations and uphold visual merchandising standards
• Provide personalized customer service and resolve customer issues calmly
• Manage inventory so the store stays well stocked

Required profile

• At least one year of experience in sales and merchandising, preferably retail goods, with opening and closing duties
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Knowledge of action sports, climbing and camping, and a passion for the outdoors, preferred
• Willingness to work weekends, evenings and holidays as needed
• Able to lift and move objects up to 15 pounds and use ladders or stairs
