About the role

The Cleveland Clinic Health System is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Progressive Care Unit at Martin Hospital South. This night‑shift position (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM) provides intermediate‑level care for patients stepped down from the ICU, including telemetry monitoring and specialized treatments.

Key responsibilities

Deliver direct nursing care, administer medications, and perform prescribed treatments.
Implement, monitor, evaluate, and update patient care plans while documenting patient conditions.
Communicate patient status to the care team, coordinate discharge needs, and educate patients and families.

Required profile

Graduate of an accredited nursing program (Diploma, ADN, or BSN).
Current state RN licensure and at least one year of acute care RN experience or licensed military RN experience.
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.

Required skills

Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) or ALS certification.
Experience with telemetry monitoring and intermediate‑level patient care.
