About the role

The Telemetry Unit at Martin Hospital South provides care for cardiac patients, monitoring heart rhythms and delivering comprehensive nursing services during night shifts.

Key responsibilities

Provide direct nursing care, including assessments, wound care, dressing changes, and medication administration.
Implement, monitor, and update patient care plans, and document patient conditions accurately.
Coordinate discharge planning and educate patients and families about care needs.

Required profile

Graduate of an accredited nursing program (Diploma, ADN, or BSN).
Current state RN licensure and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
At least one year of acute care RN experience or equivalent military RN experience.
