About the role

We are seeking a Registered Nurse (PRN) to join the Kids First team at our Searcy, Arkansas location. This temporary, fixed‑term position provides on‑site pediatric nursing care in a collaborative, academic medical environment.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver direct nursing care to children and families in the Kids First unit.
• Assess patient conditions, administer medications, and perform treatments according to established protocols.
• Document patient information accurately in the electronic health record.
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and support staff to coordinate care plans.
• Participate in unit rounds, safety checks, and quality improvement activities.

Required profile

• Current, unrestricted Registered Nurse license in the state of Arkansas.
• Eligibility to work in the United States on the first day of employment.
• Ability to work flexible shifts as needed for a PRN schedule.
