RN Nurse Trainer – Flexible Part-Time (NH)

About the role

The RN Nurse Trainer will support HP Network’s Home and Community‑Based Services program in New Hampshire, providing flexible, part‑time clinical training and medication compliance oversight. This role is ideal for a registered nurse seeking supplemental work in a startup environment.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct medication administration training in accordance with He‑M 1201.
• Certify and recertify staff on medication administration.
• Review medication logs and documentation for compliance.
• Ensure proper medication storage, inventory practices, and client self‑administration education.
• Maintain required documentation such as 1201 A & B forms.
• Perform quality‑assurance reviews and audits.
• Participate in medication‑related oversight, improvement processes, and support revocation, appeals, and waiver processes.
• Collaborate with program managers on client care and compliance.
• Provide clinical guidance during operational concerns.

Required profile

• Active RN license in New Hampshire.
• Certified Nurse Trainer (NH Bureau of Developmental Services).
• Experience with HCBS, IDD, or ABD preferred.
• Strong knowledge of He‑M 1201 and 1001.
• Reliable communication and accountability.
