About the role
The BAYADA Nurse Residency Program is a paid, full‑time, 6‑week intensive training followed by a nine‑month residency for new graduate RNs who want to start a career in home health care, caring for children and adults in their homes.
Key responsibilities
- Perform patient assessments and manage medication administration.
- Educate family members and coordinate with the multidisciplinary care team.
- Handle supply and emergency management as needed.
Required profile
- Current RN license in good standing in the applicable state.
- Current CPR certification and strong organizational and communication abilities.
