RN Nurse Manager – Senior Living Home Care

About the role

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Registered Nurse to lead its Senior Living Home Care team in Wilmington, MA. The RN Nurse Manager will oversee clinical quality, mentor staff, and drive patient‑centered outcomes across the North Boston territory.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, inspire, mentor, and develop clinicians to provide exceptional care and patient outcomes.
• Provide clinical oversight to a team of home‑health professionals, ensuring compliance, accurate documentation, and high‑quality service delivery.
• Coordinate client care, referrals, and case‑management activities while acting as a clinical resource and advocate.
• Partner with office leadership to match clinicians to client needs and update individualized plans of care.
• Participate in recruiting, onboarding, and retaining top clinical talent.

Required profile

• 3+ years RN experience in Home Health, VNA, or community‑based care.
• 2+ years in a leadership role such as Clinical Manager, Patient Care Manager, or Nurse Manager.
• Strong case‑management experience with thorough knowledge of Medicare home‑health regulations.
• Demonstrated success leading, coaching, and developing clinical teams.
