RN Nurse Manager – Pediatric Home Care

About the role

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking an experienced pediatric RN to lead its Mechanicsburg, PA Pediatric Home Care office as a Clinical RN Manager. You will provide hands‑on care to pediatric clients while mentoring and developing a team of field nurses.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, inspire and motivate nursing staff to deliver exceptional pediatric care.
• Visit pediatric clients across Franklin, Adams, Perry and surrounding counties, conduct assessments and develop individualized care plans.
• Supervise, coach and support field nurses, including orientation and onboarding of new hires.
• Coordinate in‑services, education and serve as a clinical resource for nurses, clients and families.

Required profile

• Active RN license with at least 2 years of RN experience.
• Recent bedside nursing experience; pediatric nursing preferred.
• Reliable transportation for travel throughout the service area.
• Strong clinical judgment, communication and organizational skills.

Required skills

• Tracheostomy/ventilator care (or interest in learning)
• Home care experience
