About the role

Join BAYADA Home Health Care as a Clinical RN Manager leading a team of field nurses and clinicians to deliver high‑quality care to adult and geriatric clients in Falls Church, VA.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and inspire a multidisciplinary team of nurses, PT/OT, and SLPs.
• Conduct supervisory and assessment visits for adult and geriatric clients.
• Oversee clinical quality, compliance, and patient outcomes.
• Support hiring, onboarding, and ongoing training of nursing staff.
• Facilitate in‑services and continuous education for the team.
• Collaborate with office leadership to drive operational success.

Required profile

• Active Virginia RN license in good standing.
• Minimum 2+ years RN experience, recent experience in a Medicare‑certified home health setting.
• Supervisory or leadership experience.

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of OASIS.
• Case management expertise.
• Quality assurance experience.
