About the role
Join BAYADA’s Assistive Care team as a Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) or Personal Care Aide (PCA) to provide one‑on‑one support for adults living at home. You will follow a written care plan and help clients with daily activities, household tasks, and basic health monitoring.
Key responsibilities
- Assist with activities of daily living such as bathing, grooming, toileting, and nail care.
- Provide household support including light housekeeping, laundry, and bed making.
- Prepare meals, feed clients, and encourage range‑of‑motion exercises.
- Help with ambulation, transfers, and use of mechanical lifting devices.
- Offer medication reminders and perform vital sign checks (temperature, pulse, respiration).
