RN Manager, Adults and Pediatrics

About the role

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Registered Nurse Clinical Manager to lead a skilled nursing team serving high‑acuity adult and pediatric clients in Nassau County, NY. This full‑time, exempt position combines office‑based leadership with field visits to ensure safe, high‑quality home care.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and support a team of nurses delivering complex care to adults and children in their homes.
• Provide clinical oversight, review assessments, care plans, physician orders, and documentation for quality and compliance.
• Conduct supervisory and client visits throughout Nassau County.
• Facilitate orientation, competency assessments, and ongoing staff development.
• Participate in quality assurance, incident review, and performance improvement activities.

Required profile

• Current, active New York RN license with at least 2 years of recent RN experience.
• Experience caring for high‑acuity adult and/or pediatric patients with complex needs.
• Demonstrated clinical leadership through supervising, coaching, or precepting staff.
• Strong assessment, communication, organization, and problem‑solving abilities.

Required skills

• Ventilator, tracheostomy, feeding tube, and seizure management.
• Clinical documentation review and quality/compliance support.
• Ability to travel throughout Nassau County for client and staff visits.
