Clinical Educator – Adults and Pediatrics

About the role

BAYADA Home Health Care seeks a Clinical Educator (RN required) to lead and facilitate clinical simulation scenarios in our adult and pediatric nursing skills labs in Garden City, NY. This hands‑on position focuses on experiential learning to enhance caregiver competence and patient safety.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, lead, and evaluate clinical simulation scenarios in the lab environment.
• Develop performance improvement plans, orientation programs, and clinical chart review processes for field staff.
• Support field staff readiness, clinical judgment, and patient safety through scenario‑based training.

Required profile

• Current RN license in good standing.
• BSN/MSN preferred.
• Minimum two years of staff development or nursing education experience.
• Strong assessment, organizational, and independent work skills.

Required skills

• Experience creating and delivering clinical simulation training.
• Ability to develop performance improvement and utilization review reports.
