RN Field Case Manager (Workers' Comp)

About the role

Sedgwick is hiring experienced Workers' Compensation Field Case Managers across the US. The role works face to face with injured workers and their medical providers to support advocacy, progressive medical treatment and timely return to work, while acting as a liaison between all parties. Frequent travel is required, but the work is done from a home-based office.

Key responsibilities

• Advocate for injured workers, families and caregivers and coordinate their care during recovery
• Help workers achieve recovery and autonomy through advocacy, communication, education and help finding service resources
• Identify appropriate providers and facilities across the continuum of care so that resources are used in a timely, cost-effective way

Required profile

• RN licensure required
• Preferred: 1.5 years of prior Workers' Compensation case management experience
• Valid driver's license and high-speed internet; employment may depend on a motor vehicle record check
• Ability to handle work-related stress, multiple priorities and deadlines, with clear thinking and good judgment

• Starting pay range of $80,000-$95,000, quarterly bonus eligibility and sign-on bonus eligibility
