About the role

Join the Cleveland Clinic Main Campus as a Registered Nurse in the Digestive Disease Post‑Surgical Unit, providing specialized care for colorectal surgery patients. You will work rotating day/night shifts and collaborate with a veteran nursing team dedicated to innovative surgical outcomes.

Key responsibilities

Provide direct nursing care to patients with complex medical histories and surgical needs.
Implement, monitor, evaluate, and update patient care plans.
Administer prescribed medications, treatments, and pain modalities.
Document and communicate patients’ conditions and coordinate discharge planning.
Educate patients and families about care and recovery.

Required profile

Graduate from an accredited nursing program.
Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN).
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
At least one year of acute care RN experience (military RN experience considered).

Required skills

RN licensure.
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
Experience in acute care settings.
