RN Clinical Manager – Part-Time

About the role

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a part‑time RN Clinical Manager to provide clinical oversight for clients receiving state‑funded personal care services in Bloomfield, NJ. You will lead a team of Home Health Aides and Personal Care Assistants while ensuring compliance with Medicaid waiver programs.

Key responsibilities

• Provide clinical oversight and conduct assessments for clients enrolled in state‑funded Medicaid waiver and personal care programs.
• Supervise, support, and guide Home Health Aides and Personal Care Assistants, ensuring care aligns with approved services and state requirements.
• Coordinate with state case managers, Medicaid managed care organizations, families, and other stakeholders.
• Review documentation for accuracy, completeness, and compliance; facilitate caregiver training and competency documentation.
• Monitor quality of care, respond to incidents or complaints, and participate in quality assurance and audit‑readiness activities.

Required profile

• Current RN license in good standing in New Jersey.
• Minimum 2 years of RN experience with strong organization, documentation, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage state program requirements, client needs, and competing priorities.
• Comfort using computer systems for documentation and care coordination.
