About the role

The RN Ambulatory – Primary Care Triage provides professional nursing care in an ambulatory setting at Beachwood Family Health and Surgery Center. The role supports patient assessment, triage, and treatment while collaborating with physicians and licensed independent providers.

Key responsibilities

  • Provide nursing care, including infusions, injections, medication administration, and emergency measures such as CPR.
  • Perform health assessments, telephone triage, develop care plans, and notify physicians of abnormal findings.
  • Assist with specialized diagnostic and therapeutic procedures and travel to support physician clinics and surgical procedures as needed.

Required profile

  • Graduate from an accredited nursing school with current RN licensure.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification and at least one year of recent RN experience.
  • Ability to work full range of motion, manual dexterity, and meet physical requirements.

Required skills

  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
  • Infusion and injection administration.
  • Telephone triage and care plan development.
