RN Adult Home Care – Overnights & Weekends

About the role

Join BAYADA’s nursing team to provide 1:1 adult home care on overnight and weekend shifts in the Winston‑Salem / Greensboro metro area. This position offers flexible scheduling and the chance to make a meaningful impact on clients’ lives at home.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver compassionate, skilled nursing care to adult clients in their homes during overnight and weekend hours.
• Document care accurately using Statewise electronic charting and follow care plans.
• Collaborate with 24/7 clinical support and mentorship teams to ensure client safety and quality outcomes.

Required profile

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in North Carolina.
• Graduated from an accredited nursing program.

Required skills

• Proficiency with electronic charting systems (Statewise).
• Ability to work independently and manage client acuity levels.
