About the role
BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a passionate Registered Nurse to provide one‑to‑one private duty care in the Lexington area. You will join a skilled team dedicated to delivering compassionate, high‑quality home health services.
Key responsibilities
- Travel to a client’s home on a schedule you help create.
- Execute and document physicians’ orders accurately.
- Perform assessments, monitor conditions, and adjust care plans as needed.
- Record observations, interventions, and evaluations in the client’s chart.
Required profile
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program (transcript or diploma required).
- Current RN license in good standing in the state of Kentucky.
