About the role
BAYADA is seeking Licensed Practical Nurses to provide 1:1 home care for pediatric clients in the Winston‑Salem and Greensboro metro area. Enjoy weekly pay, flexible scheduling, and a supportive team.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver personalized, 1:1 home care to children in their own homes.
- Follow care plans, document care using Statewise electronic charting, and communicate with 24/7 clinical support.
Required profile
- Active LPN license in North Carolina.
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program.

- Commitment bonuses ranging from $5,000 to $10,000.
- Fast‑track bonuses and premium night‑shift rates up to $35/hour.
- Hourly pay $28–34 (including differentials) with weekly pay.
