About the role

The Retail Team Manager will act as a brand ambassador and business leader for a luxury fashion store, ensuring an exceptional client journey and driving sales performance. You will motivate the team, uphold Prada standards, and create a harmonious work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the store team to exceed financial targets and maximize sales across product categories.
• Support the Store Manager in developing and implementing business plans based on product performance analysis.
• Promote cross‑selling and up‑selling, and ensure efficient sales‑floor management.
• Model sales leadership, build personal client relationships, and coach team members to do the same.
• Foster a digital mindset and encourage the team to enhance client engagement through technology.
• Stay up‑to‑date on market trends and luxury retail best practices.
• Deliver an inspiring client journey that reflects Prada’s values, design intelligence, and cultural relevance.
• Cultivate loyal client relationships, capture high‑quality customer profiles, and manage after‑sales experiences.
• Identify new client acquisition opportunities and support client‑eling initiatives.
• Handle customer complaints proactively to maintain positive relationships.
