Retail Team Lead – Luxury Fashion

About the role

Louis Vuitton’s Tysons Galleria store is looking for a motivated, client‑centric Team Lead to support the Store Director and Team Managers. In this position you will act as a brand ambassador, mentor store associates and help drive sales while delivering the highest level of client experience.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong client relationships, identifying product needs based on individual profiles and market trends.
• Assist in achieving sales targets by coaching the team and managing floor activities.
• Support team members through training, performance feedback and career development.
• Collaborate with Store Director and Team Managers to co‑create sales strategies and operational plans.
• Optionally champion a specific product category and contribute to visual merchandising.
