About the role

The Retail Supervisor at the Mall of Louisiana leads daily store operations, ensuring an exceptional customer experience while supporting the store’s leadership team. This role combines hands‑on supervision, coaching of associates, and collaboration with the Store Manager to drive sales and maintain brand standards.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver personalized customer engagement through genuine interactions.
• Support the team in meeting and exceeding sales targets by monitoring KPIs.
• Coach and develop associates to achieve high levels of service and productivity.
• Oversee opening and closing procedures, floor coverage, and task delegation.
• Manage stockroom activities, including inventory organization, shipment processing, and product flow to the sales floor.
• Assist with training, onboarding, and ongoing feedback for new team members.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure product replenishment aligns with brand directives.
• Uphold inventory integrity, loss‑prevention practices, and company policies.
• Participate in community initiatives and local events.
