Retail Stylist

About the role

Levi Strauss & Co. is seeking a Retail Stylist to deliver an exceptional customer experience in its Emeryville store. Reporting to the Store Manager, you will blend fashion expertise with proactive service to help shoppers discover looks that reflect the brand’s heritage and current trends.

Key responsibilities

• Suggest outfit combinations and promote current promotions aligned with Levi’s service approach.
• Engage customers with the Red Tab Loyalty program and drive omni‑channel experiences.
• Resolve consumer concerns in line with company policy while maintaining satisfaction.
• Handle cash, process shipments, set the sales floor, manage markdowns and replenishment.
• Ensure compliance with all store policies, procedures, and visual standards.

Required profile

• Passionate about fashion and up‑to‑date with current trends.
• Enjoys a fast‑paced environment and can juggle multiple tasks.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Physically able to lift up to 40 lb and stand, walk, kneel, squat, bend, reach overhead, and climb ladders.
• Reliable transportation and minimum age of 16.
