Retail Stylist – Fashion & Customer Experience

About the role

Levi Strauss & Co. is seeking a Retail Stylist to deliver an exceptional fashion experience for customers in our Folsom store. Reporting to the Store Manager, you will blend style expertise with strong customer service to drive sales and uphold brand standards.

Key responsibilities

• Suggest outfit combinations that reflect current trends and Levi’s promotions.
• Engage customers with the Red Tab Loyalty program and promote the omni‑channel experience.
• Handle cash, process shipments, set the sales floor, execute markdowns and replenish merchandise.
• Resolve customer concerns in line with company policy while maintaining satisfaction.
• Maintain compliance with all store policies, procedures, and visual standards.

Required profile

• Passion for fashion and awareness of current style trends.
• Positive attitude, teamwork orientation, and ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Physical ability to lift up to 40 lb and stand, walk, kneel, squat, bend, and reach overhead for extended periods.
• Reliable transportation and minimum age of 16.

• Merchandise operations (shipment processing, floor set, markdowns, replenishment).
