Retail Store Supervisor

About the role

Levi Strauss & Co. is seeking a Retail Store Supervisor to join the management team of a San Francisco location. You will help drive sales, ensure operational excellence, and create a welcoming environment that reflects the brand’s heritage and values.

Key responsibilities

• Execute sales strategies, monitor performance, and drive revenue growth.
• Coach and mentor store associates, providing guidance and support.
• Manage daily store operations, including inventory, merchandising, and visual standards.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain a safe, clean shopping environment.
• Uphold all Levi’s policies, procedures, and brand standards.

Required profile

• Strong people skills with the ability to support, assist, and coach team members.
• Reliability in following store directives and meeting sales targets.
• Physical ability to lift up to 40 lb, kneel, reach overhead, and climb ladders.
• Reliable transportation and legal eligibility to work in the United States.
• Minimum age of 18 years.
