Retail Store Supervisor

About the role

SKIMS is seeking a Retail Store Supervisor to lead daily operations at its Lenox Square location. You will be the face of the brand on the sales floor, delivering exceptional customer experiences while coaching and motivating a diverse team of associates.

Key responsibilities

• Lead with a customer‑obsessed mindset, providing warm, personalized service and modeling best practices for the team.
• Act as Sales Floor Captain, managing zones, coaching staff, and driving performance through motivation and clear goal‑setting.
• Execute opening/closing procedures, cash handling, and store cleanliness with operational excellence.
• Coach team members on product knowledge, styling, and selling techniques that align product features with customer needs.
• Facilitate onboarding and ongoing training for new associates, reinforcing brand standards and policies.
• Maintain strong product knowledge, support product launches, restocks, and floor updates.
• Partner with leadership to monitor inventory, visual standards, and product availability throughout the day.
• Resolve customer issues promptly with empathy, speed, and ownership.

Required profile

• Previous supervisory or management experience in retail, preferably fashion.
• Passion for the SKIMS brand and its mission of innovation and inclusivity.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lead by example in a fast‑paced environment.
• Detail‑oriented with a focus on visual and operational standards.
• Comfort using sales data and feedback to improve team performance.
