Retail Store Supervisor – Full Time

About the role

Levi Strauss & Co. is seeking a full‑time Store Supervisor to lead the team at the Ontario Mills location. You will help create an energetic store environment, ensure excellent customer service, and drive sales performance.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver a high‑energy, compelling store experience by engaging customers and modeling service standards.
• Coach and train associates on sales techniques, product knowledge, loss‑prevention, and store policies.
• Resolve customer concerns promptly in line with company policy.
• Manage cash handling, shipment processing, floor set, markdowns, and replenishment systems.
• Partner with the Store Manager to set expectations, provide performance feedback, and meet daily sales goals.
• Supervise the store team in the absence of other managers and ensure compliance with all Levi’s store policies.
