Retail Store Manager – St Louis Premium Outlets

About the role

Levi Strauss & Co. is seeking an experienced Retail Store Manager to lead the St Louis Premium Outlets location. Reporting to the District Manager, you will shape the customer experience, drive sales, and ensure operational excellence in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Recruit, train, coach, and motivate a high‑performing team.
• Oversee inventory control, payroll, visual merchandising, and daily store operations.
• Maintain a safe, inclusive, and engaging shopping environment for customers and staff.
• Handle employee relations, scheduling, and compliance with company policies.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of store management experience, preferably in apparel or fashion retail.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑moving setting and lead by example.
• Physical capability to lift up to 40 lb and perform frequent movement, kneeling, reaching, and ladder work.

Required skills

• Proficiency in retail point‑of‑sale (POS) systems and inventory software.
• Knowledge of visual merchandising principles.
• Basic financial acumen for budgeting and profit‑and‑loss management.
