Retail Store Manager

About the role

Apple Retail is looking for a Store Manager to lead a team in delivering the unique Apple customer experience. The role involves coaching, developing and empowering team members while ensuring store performance targets are met.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop a diverse, high‑performing team to achieve performance and developmental goals.
• Assist with recruiting, training, and retaining team members.
• Actively participate in floor leadership, interacting with team members and customers throughout the store.
• Address customer and team member concerns and escalations, partnering with leadership as needed.
• Drive business priorities and achieve store performance goals by planning and executing operational strategies.
• Maintain and uphold company policies, protect assets and confidential information.
• Contribute to an inclusive environment and model Apple’s values of inclusion and diversity.
• Create a safe, respectful, and inclusive workplace for all team members.

Required profile

• Availability to work a schedule that may include nights, weekends, and public holidays.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English (sign language supported).
• Experience leading others in retail, sales, or a related field.
