About the role
As a Retail Sales Associate at Best Buy, you will be the front‑line representative for customers visiting our stores. You will receive training to confidently recommend technology products and services that match each shopper’s unique needs.
Key responsibilities
- Welcome and engage customers in a friendly, helpful manner.
- Perform product demonstrations, answer questions, and make personalized recommendations across all departments.
- Handle cashier duties, including purchases, returns, and exchanges.
- Maintain a clean, well‑stocked sales floor.
- Assist with in‑store and curbside pickup orders.
Required profile
- At least 3 months of experience in retail or a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, nights, and weekends.
- Strong communication and customer‑service orientation.
