Retail Field Merchandiser – Redmond

About the role

Strategic Retail Solutions (SRS) is seeking experienced retail merchandisers to perform resets, remodels, fixture installations and other merchandising projects for leading retailers across the United States. The role is field‑based, allowing you to work independently while representing SRS in store environments.

Key responsibilities

• Execute retail resets, remodels, store sets and merchandising projects according to planograms.
• Build fixtures, install displays, stock merchandise and ensure products meet client specifications.
• Capture project photos and complete reporting using the mobile application.
• Work independently to meet project deadlines while maintaining high merchandising standards.

Required profile

• Prior experience in retail merchandising, reset, remodel or fixture installation.
• Ability to read and implement planograms accurately.
• Comfortable lifting up to 50 lb and moving or assembling fixtures.
• Reliable transportation and a smartphone with internet access.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
