Join a busy Dunkin’ restaurant as a Team Member, where you will prepare food and beverages, serve guests, and keep the workspace clean and safe. This front‑line position offers a fast‑paced environment focused on delivering great service and maintaining brand standards.

Key responsibilities

• Follow brand recipes, standards, and food‑safety procedures.
• Prepare and assemble food and beverage orders accurately.
• Answer guest questions about the menu, limited‑time offers, and promotions.
• Maintain a clean, organized workstation, equipment, and guest areas.
• Stock supplies such as cups and lids at the workstation.
• Take orders at the Drive‑Thru or Front Counter and handle payments when required.
• Meet speed‑of‑service targets while delivering correct orders.
• Communicate effectively with managers, coworkers, and guests.
• Organize and maintain the stock room and refrigerated areas.

Required profile

• Minimum age of 18 years.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to work well in a fast‑paced team environment.
• Reliability, honesty, and a positive attitude.
• Willingness to learn, adapt to change, and stay guest‑focused.
