About the role

Join Little Beet, a fast‑casual restaurant dedicated to nourishing, real food. As a Team Member you will provide friendly, attentive service to guests throughout their visit, ensuring a memorable dining experience.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests and deliver attentive service from start to finish.
• Take and assemble food orders accurately for your station.
• Anticipate guest preferences and handle special requests with empathy.
• Maintain full knowledge of pastry, bread, kitchen, beverage, and retail items.
• Complete opening, mid‑shift, and closing procedures, including daily checklists and side‑work.
• Handle cash and receipts according to Little Beet cash‑handling policy.
• Keep the restaurant clean and organized, following cleaning checklists and assisting with dishwashing and equipment cleaning.
• Assist with seating setup, napkin and silverware stations, and basic food preparation.

Required profile

• 3‑6 months of related restaurant experience or training.
• Flexibility in schedule preferred.
• Ability to be cross‑trained in dining room and retail areas.
• Proficiency in the primary language(s) of the work location.

Required skills

• Experience with POS systems, preferably Toast.
