About the role
As a Restaurant Team Member at Dunkin’, you will prepare food and beverages, deliver friendly service, and keep the workspace clean and safe. You will work in a fast‑paced environment serving guests at the drive‑thru or front counter.
Key responsibilities
- Follow brand standards, recipes, and food safety guidelines.
- Prepare and assemble food and beverage orders accurately.
- Take orders at the drive‑thru or front counter and handle payments when required.
- Maintain a clean, organized workstation and service areas.
- Stock supplies such as cups and lids, and organize the stock room and refrigerated areas.
- Meet speed‑of‑service targets while ensuring order accuracy.
- Communicate effectively with guests, managers, and coworkers.

- Works well in a fast‑paced team environment.
- Demonstrates honesty, punctuality, and a positive attitude.
- Willingness to learn, adapt to change, and stay guest‑focused.
