About the role

Join the front‑of‑house team at a busy Nashville restaurant, providing essential support to ensure smooth service and a great guest experience. This part‑time position involves a variety of duties, from greeting guests to assisting with back‑of‑house tasks.

Key responsibilities

• Assist front‑of‑house staff in the efficient running of all restaurant operations.
• Anticipate business flow, set up back‑stock, and minimize service disruptions.
• Maintain guest experience by monitoring water levels, table cleanliness, and timely resetting.
• Greet guests warmly upon entry and manage waitlists and reservations with accurate wait‑time communication.
• Perform additional tasks as needed, including food running, bussing, hosting, and bar‑back duties.

Required profile

• Ability to work nights, weekends and holidays with a flexible schedule.
• Effective verbal communication and teamwork skills.
• Commitment to delivering an outstanding guest experience.
• Comfort working in a fast‑paced hospitality environment and shifting between support duties.
• One to two years of restaurant experience preferred, especially in bussing, running, or bar‑back roles.
