Concessions Bartender - Nissan Stadium

About the role

Legends, a hospitality agency serving professional sports, collegiate, attractions, entertainment, international and convention clients, is hiring a Concessions Bartender for Nissan Stadium in Nashville. Bartenders provide positive guest interactions while accurately mixing and serving beverages to guests and servers in a friendly and efficient manner.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests, take beverage orders and check identification to verify age requirements for alcohol
• Mix drinks, cocktails and other bar beverages as ordered, using high-quality spirits, liqueurs, fruits, fresh herbs and spices, in line with company standards
• Collect payment for drinks served and balance all receipts
• Keep bottles and glasses attractive and functional, and keep the bar area fully stocked; prepare inventory or purchase requisitions as needed
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and attend mandatory meetings
• Complete other duties as assigned by the supervisor

Required profile

• At least two years of experience as a bartender
• Ability to work long hours and flexible shifts, including mornings, nights, weekends and holidays
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs continuously and to work independently or in a team
• Excellent knowledge of food and beverage preparation, service standards, guest relations and etiquette
• Personable, friendly and welcoming, with good personal hygiene and grooming
• Ability to read, speak and write English and to promote menu items
• Working email available to communicate with managers

Required skills

• Extensive knowledge of drink recipes and wines
• Ability to create and serve drinks in a timely manner
• Follows safety policies, completes company-wide and job-specific safety training
