About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Sous Chef to lead the kitchen of our high‑energy Spanish tapas restaurant in Nashville. You will ensure smooth service, maintain quality standards, and support a passionate culinary team. The role involves working across all stations, including expo, and contributing to menu innovation.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all kitchen operations, set up stations, stock supplies, and ensure smooth service flow.
• Assist with ordering, inventory management, scheduling, and new menu rollouts while controlling labor costs.
• Check deliveries, verify quality, manage storage, track inventory levels and reduce waste.
• Conduct interviews, make hiring decisions, and train new team members on policies and procedures.
• Maintain high standards of professionalism and hospitality throughout the kitchen.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
