Restaurant Service Manager

About the role

Red Robin is hiring a Restaurant Service Manager in Parker. The manager ensures seamless day-to-day operations during their shifts, acts as a brand ambassador and creates memorable experiences for guests through hospitality. The role is eligible for an uncapped bonus program, referral bonuses, free shift meals, a 50% discount on Red Robin food for family, and closure on Thanksgiving and Christmas.

Required profile

• At least 21 years of age
• 2 years of management experience
• Open availability, including nights, weekends and holidays
• Reliable transportation
• Strong communication and leadership skills, able to motivate and develop a passionate team
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Outlook and Word
• Able to obtain required certifications and permits as required by state and local law

Preferred: knowledge of local and state health codes, experience with Workday, Aloha, NBO and hot schedules, and experience managing a team.

What we offer

• Pay range of $57,785 to $61,000, plus variable bonus, referral bonus and employee stock purchase program
