Restaurant Managing Partner

About the role

Red Robin is hiring a Restaurant Managing Partner in Plymouth. The Managing Partner leads the restaurant's hospitality for guests and cares for the team, creating a family-friendly atmosphere while serving gourmet burgers, steak fries, sides and milkshakes. The role owns all front-of-house and back-of-house execution standards, exceeds operational expectations and delivers strong results.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional results and exceed operational expectations

Required profile

• At least 21 years of age
• 2 years of management experience
• Open availability, including nights, weekends and holidays
• Reliable transportation
• Strong communication and leadership skills, able to motivate and develop a passionate team
• Strong P&L knowledge
• Able to obtain required certifications and permits as required by state and local law
• Preferred: knowledge of local and state health codes, experience managing a team

Required skills

• Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Outlook and Word
• Preferred: Workday, Aloha, NBO and hot schedules
