Restaurant Kitchen Manager

About the role

Red Robin is hiring a Restaurant Kitchen Manager in Colorado Springs. The manager ensures smooth day-to-day kitchen operations and acts as a brand ambassador, delivering an exceptional guest experience through scratch cooking, artisanal American food and gourmet burgers. The role covers inventory, ordering and key profit-and-loss lines, and is central to the restaurant's success.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily kitchen operations and uphold company standards
• Handle inventory and ordering
• Own key P&L lines
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement

Required profile

• At least 21 years of age
• 2 years of management experience
• Open availability, including nights, weekends and holidays
• Reliable transportation
• Strong communication, leadership and motivation skills
• Strong P&L knowledge
• Able to obtain required certifications and permits under state and local law
• Preferred: knowledge of local and state health codes, experience managing a team

Required skills

• Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Outlook and Word
• Preferred: Workday, Aloha, NBO and hot schedules

• Pay range of $57,785 to $70,500, plus an uncapped bonus program and referral bonuses
