About the role
Red Robin is hiring a Host for its Springfield location. As part of the front-of-house service team, you give guests a great first impression and help them find their seats. The role is open to anyone 17 or older.
Key responsibilities
- Display a friendly demeanor and escort guests to their tables
- Take reservations, including on a wait list when necessary
Required profile
- Aged 17 or older
- Great customer service skills, as this is a front-of-house position
