Restaurant General Manager

About the role

The Taco Bell Restaurant General Manager leads the team, sets the tone for the work environment, and ensures a high level of customer hospitality. You will be responsible for the overall operation of the restaurant and building a strong team that consistently delivers great food and a friendly experience.

Key responsibilities

• Hire, train, and develop employees, including conducting new‑hire orientation and creating training plans.
• Schedule and deploy the team effectively, address performance issues, and resolve customer concerns.
• Manage the restaurant budget, financial plans, and profit‑and‑loss responsibilities.
• Maintain cleanliness of the restaurant, parking lot, and surrounding grounds.
• Perform physical tasks such as sweeping, mopping, lifting up to 50 lb, and handling trash.

Required profile

• High School Diploma or GED; College degree preferred.
• 2‑4 years supervisory experience in food service or retail with P&L responsibility.
• Must be at least 21 years old, pass background check and drug test, and have reliable transportation.
• Basic personal computer literacy and strong analytical/decision‑making skills.
