About the role
We are seeking a motivated Department Manager to lead a key area of our restaurant operations. You will ensure that guests receive fast, accurate, and friendly service while maintaining high standards of food quality, safety, and team performance.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of an assigned department (e.g., Guest Service, Kitchen, or People).
- Train and coach crew members on service, production, and safety procedures.
- Monitor sales promotions, inventory levels, and food cost controls.
- Schedule staff to meet sales and profit targets.
- Report results and progress to senior management.
Required profile
- Proven experience leading shifts in a fast‑paced restaurant environment.
- Strong focus on delivering an excellent customer experience.
- Ability to set goals, delegate tasks, and follow up on outcomes.
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
