Restaurant Crew Member – Fast Food Team

About the role

As a Crew Member you will join Wendy’s restaurant team, delivering fast‑food service to guests while working in a supportive, fast‑paced environment. You’ll receive paid training and have the chance to grow within the company. You’ll work alongside a diverse team, ensuring each guest receives a consistent, high‑quality experience. The role includes both front‑of‑house and back‑of‑house duties.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and serve menu items following Wendy’s brand standards.
• Operate restaurant equipment such as grills, registers and headsets.
• Handle cash transactions and operate the point‑of‑sale system.
• Restock supplies and monitor inventory levels.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area and dining space.
• Provide friendly, courteous service to customers.
• Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Stand, move and perform duties throughout the shift as required.

Required profile

• Positive attitude and willingness to help teammates and guests.
• Eagerness to learn and follow procedures.
• Reliability in addressing and correcting issues that arise.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lb.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
