Restaurant Associate Manager

About the role

Red Robin is hiring an hourly Restaurant Associate Manager in La Habra. The associate manager helps ensure smooth day-to-day front-of-house operations under the supervision of exempt management, acts as a brand ambassador and upholds company standards while fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Required profile

• At least 21 years old
• Open availability, including nights, weekends and holidays
• Reliable transportation and ability to obtain required certifications or permits as required by state and local law
• Preferred: 2 years of restaurant experience
• Preferred: knowledge of local and state health codes, P&L, kitchen equipment and inventory processes
• Preferred: proven track record of delivering positive guest experiences

Required skills

• Strong communication and training skills
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word and similar tools
• Preferred: experience with Workday, Aloha, NBO and Hot Schedules

• Pay range of $25.38 to $32.10 per hour
