About the role
Radiant is expanding its services to include residential electrical work. As a Residential Service Electrician you will join a fun‑loving, team‑first culture that values growth, support, and high‑quality service.
Key responsibilities
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential electrical systems.
- Perform service upgrades, panel work, rewires, and new installations.
- Educate homeowners on solutions and build confident estimates.
- Deliver a 5‑star customer experience on every call.
Required profile
- Active Residential Wireman, Journeyman, or Master Electrician license.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean record for the past three years.
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic abilities.
- Solid knowledge of the NEC, service calculations, and residential electrical systems.
Required skills
- Residential electrical system diagnostics.
- Panel work, rewiring, and installations.
- Lighting layout and design.
- ServiceTitan experience (preferred).
