Residential Architect - Revit Expert (8+ Years Experience)

About the role

A boutique firm with wide reach and recognition is looking for an architect to work on high-profile private residential, commercial and modular build projects. The position is fully in office and is advertised by Bespoke Careers.

Key responsibilities

• Independently develop and manage detailed architectural models and drawing sets in Revit
• Produce coordinated construction documents from schematic design through issue for construction
• Work on luxury private residential, multifamily and hospitality projects across all stages
• Handle FF&E selection, sourcing, specification and procurement for high-end residential interiors
• Prepare consultant and shop drawings, and support construction administration including submittals, RFIs, field observation and QA/QC

Required profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
• 8 years of relevant experience; New York City experience preferred
• Experience with all phases of design and construction of complex buildings
• Extensive experience with New York building code and standards

Required skills

• Advanced Revit proficiency and a good working knowledge of BIM
• AutoCAD, Rhino, Bluebeam Revu, Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office
• Photoshop and 3D rendering programs
• Knowledge of building codes, construction standards, materials, assemblies and detailing
