Architectural Designer (Production)

About the role

An internationally recognized design firm is hiring Architectural Designers for its New York office, focusing on the production stages of projects. The firm is fully in person.

Key responsibilities

• Contribute to design and construction documents under the supervision of senior staff and partners on local and internationally recognized projects.
• Create, modify and update detailed 2D and 3D Revit models and drawings based on project specifications and requirements.
• Develop detailed construction drawings and documentation in Revit.
• Maintain and manage Revit project files, keeping drawing standards and organization consistent.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure accuracy and alignment of project designs.
• Assist in resolving documentation and modeling issues.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field.
• 4-7 years of professional experience, skilled on the production side of projects.
• Time management skills and ability to work on several projects concurrently.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Revit, including full construction drawing sets.
• Experience in Rhino, V-Ray and Grasshopper is a big plus.
