Resident Services Coordinator – Santa Monica

About the role

The Resident Services Coordinator supports prospective and current tenants as well as property staff, ensuring a smooth and welcoming living experience at the Santa Monica (Verona) community. This full‑time position blends customer service with operational support, helping residents settle in and enjoy community activities.

Key responsibilities

• Provide responsive customer service to prospective tenants, current residents, and on‑site staff.
• Orient new residents to the property, assist with utility set‑up, and answer day‑to‑day inquiries.
• Coordinate resident events, activities, and community programs to foster engagement.
• Support property staff in planning and implementing resident‑focused initiatives.
• Maintain accurate records using property management software.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of experience in resident services or a similar customer‑facing role.
• Ability to work Monday‑Friday on a full‑time schedule.
• Strong communication skills and a service‑oriented mindset.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Realpage property management software.
• Familiarity with Onesite platform (preferred).
